- You'll support customers in leveraging AI-powered capabilities to drive meaningful outcomes. Partnering with sales, product, and ad operations teams
- Work alongside leadership to define and implement customer success strategy, operating frameworks, and performance metrics
- Develop and implement onboarding journeys that drive rapid customer value realisation
- Build role-specific training content, webinars, and enablement tools for media planners, analysts, and strategists
- Several years in customer-facing roles (customer success, account management) within SaaS or data/analytics platforms
- Track record of shaping or improving CS processes in scaling organisations
- Strong understanding of CS best practices: health scoring, customer segmentation, engagement design
- Clear, compelling communicator who can simplify technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Analytical thinker who leverages data to guide decisions and track performance
